We study and practice the
37-posture form and teachings passed down through the lineage of Professor Cheng Man-Ching
Through the diligent study and practice of our teachings you can learn to improve your health, posture and mobility and relieve stress and gain great inner strength and energy through the cultivation of Chi (our internal intrinsic energy).
Our goal at Li Chi Hsiang is to promote health and well being to all within the Australian community, through the propagation, practice and adherence to the fundamental and classical principles of the art of Tai Chi Chuan.
