Ease or Dis-ease ???

Remember when the body is not at ease it is at dis – ease
Bombarded with computers, mobile phones, getting hooked into social media
Over stimulation, addiction of the mind.

Social media preys on pseudo connectedness with people.
Business creates what we think we need then supplies the medicine - a range of goods we don't need to purchase.
The Medicine of business helps to feed consumerism are we satisfied yet?

How much do we promote the real solution. The simple non costly methods of becoming present instead of constantly being trapped in the over thinking minds of past and future dilemmas.

Owe it to self
Morning 30 minutes practice - nourishing spirit
Evening 30 minutes practice - winding down
Do you have any time for yourself?
Why are we working?

Old Zen saying if you don't have time to meditate for 20 minutes you should meditate for an hour.

When the mind body is present we are at ease and content. When the mind body is caught in thinking... thinking...it is in a state of dis-ease, we become discontent for a variety of reasons.

Tension is thinking what you should be.
Relaxed is what you are now.
Time for more Tea!
